Mercu Tanda Malaysia Landmark
For many, whenever any foreigner(s) especially tourist(s) ask "What is the landmark of Malaysia?" dengan segala bangganya dengan kembang kempis hidung kebanyakan kita akan cakap "KLCC", "Petronas Twin Tower". Betul tak? Don't deny it. Don't bull shitting me by saying "tak lah..." or "mana ada..." because I will (sometimes) tell the same thing. Yeay! KLCC!

But I am no longer proud of KLCC since it become tempat melepak hujung minggu berkumpul ramai-ramai Abang Lah (Bangladeshi), Encik Nam (Vietnamese), Mr. Pal (Nepalese), Ya-a-aw (Blacks), Mutu sammy (India dari India), dan sekutu-sekutu pendatang yang lain. Aku bukan imegresen nak cek passport diorang =P

So, now, when any of my foreigner friends, or tourists or whoever-lah ask me "What is the landmark of Malaysia?", I have new answer but not-so-new landmark(s) of Malaysia (but most of them will never get it till the day they arrive in Malaysia). So what is the answer lah? Look at the picture below...

Ya betul!!! TOLL!!!

Belum masuk lagi lebuhraya Pantai Timur. KESAS lagi? NKVE lagi? Waaaa....

Let me try to list down major Malaysia Exressway link... so imagine jugalah berapa banyak toll yang wujud dalam Malaysia ni kalau compare dengan KLCC yang 2 biji tu..

  • PLUS - North-South Expressway
  • LINKEDUA - Malaysia-Singapore Second Crossing
  • KESAS - Shah Alam Expressway
  • NKVE - New Klang Valley Expressway
  • Lebuhraya Cheras
  • Lebuhraya Kuala Lumpur -Karak
  • NPE - New Pantai Expressway
  • LDP - Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong
  • AKLEH - Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway
  • KLIA Dedicated Expressway
  • Lebuhraya Kajang-Seremban
  • Lebuhraya Pantai Timur
  • SPRINT
Wiewww... meriah!

UMNO 63 TAHUN?
Aku bukanlah penulis politik. Jauh sekali sebagai pengkritik politik. Apatah lagi penganalisis politik.

Hahaha.. cam haram...

Hari ini aku nak potpet-potpet fasal UMNO terlebih dahulu.

Dah banyak kali aku tengok kat TV masa Perhimpunan Agong UMNO, makcik-makcik, pakcik-pakcik, abang-abang, kakak-kakak, adik-adik, putera-puteri UMNO sibuk menyibukkan diri melepak ramai-ramai kat PWTC sambil menjadi pengikut ("Yes Boss!) setia ketua-ketua mereka, sesekali bersorak ria dan bertepuk tangan (dan ketawa juga) dengan sekadar mendengar ceramah berkobar-kobar dari atas pentas ataupun penghibur dalaman yang menjual/menerima pantun 2 kerat, 4 kerat, 6 kerat ataupun berkerat-kerat. Hooray!!! Terasa macam zaman Hitler pulak.

Hahaha... Dah gitu, nak juga letak UMNO "UMNO" gak. Tak reti-reti nak letak UMNO BARU? UMNO LAMA dah lama masuk kubur wooo... Oh lupa, diorang OTAI, sukatilah diorang nak letak apa pun, nak claim apa pun...

Methamphetamine : STOP BEING JUNKIE!!!

What are the street name/slang terms for methamphetamine for locals (Malaysians)?
Meth, Crystal, Ice, Syabu, Glass, Tweek, Crank, Crypto, Batu.

What is Methamphetamine?
Methamphetamine is an addictive stimulant that strongly activates certain systems in the brain.

What does it look like?
Methamphetamine is a crystal-like powdered substance that sometimes comes in large rock-like chunks. When the powder flakes off the rock, the shards look like glass, which is another nickname for meth. Meth is usually white or slightly yellow, depending on the purity.

How is it used?
Methamphetamine can be taken orally, injected, snorted, or smoked.

What are its short-term effects?
Immediately after smoking or injection, the user experiences an intense sensation, called a "rush" or "flash," that lasts only a few minutes and is described as extremely pleasurable.

Snorting or swallowing meth produces euphoria - a high, but not a rush. After the initial "rush," there is typically a state of high agitation that in some individuals can lead to violent behavior. Other possible immediate effects include increased wakefulness and insomnia, decreased appetite, irritability/aggression, anxiety, nervousness, convulsions and heart attack.

What are its long-term effects?
Methamphetamine is addictive, and users can develop a tolerance quickly, needing larger amounts to get high. In some cases, users forego food and sleep and take more meth every few hours for days, 'binging' until they run out of the drug or become too disorganized to continue. Chronic use can cause paranoia, hallucinations, repetitive behavior (such as compulsively cleaning, grooming or disassembling and assembling objects), and delusions of parasites or insects crawling under the skin. Users can obsessively scratch their skin to get rid of these imagined insects. Long-term use, high dosages, or both can bring on full-blown toxic psychosis (often exhibited as violent, aggressive behavior). This violent, aggressive behavior is usually coupled with extreme paranoia. Methamphetamine use can also cause strokes and death.

Karangan berHANTU pula...
Hahahahaha!!! Enough said... (aku dah bantai ketawa sampai terguling-guling masa baru terima gambar karangan murid sekolah ni dari kawan aku, seorang guru sekolah). Hahahahahaha!!!

A" kita jadi "E" (i.e mereka = mereke, saya = saye, kerana = kerane), maka jangan bingit lah kalau kita diperolok-olokkan.

Dialek Labuan/Brunei = Dialek Semenanjung
Tapok = Sembunyi
Usin = Duit
Paloi = Bodoh
Palau = Mabuk
Marati = Mengerti
Batah = Lama
Mulih = Balik
Ngalih = Penat
Balusir = Berlari
Bubut = Kejar
Tagar = Karat
Karau = Keras
Kina = Cina
Kuyuk = Anjing
Kamih = Kencing
Beria = Berak

Nanti aku sambung lagi kalau aku boleh ingat, ya? Agak susah kalau tak bercakap tapi nak tulis/taip macam tu saja. Memang susah nak recall.

Reasons on why I HATE Manchester United

  1. Fans are Glory Hunters... Bila menang perangai macam pukimak.
  2. Bad losers... Bila kalah perangai lebih sial mengalahkan pukimak.
  3. Sir Alex Ferguson ... that uncle Lobster!!!
  4. Ronaldo crying after getting a red card ... PONDAN!!! (nasib baik mamat ni dah tak ada dalam Manchester United and I am not a fan of Real Madrid either). And remember when he was with Manchester United - his face when he dives & when he scores. Urghhhh!!!
  5. None of their fans even come from Manchester - Survey yang dijalankan pada tahun 2002, menunjukkan warga Manchester lebih ramai menyokong Manchester City dari Manchester United dan kebanyakan yang memegang pass bermusim untuk Manchester United yang benar-benar datang dari Manchester hanyalah 24% (approx.) manakala 64% untuk Manchester City. - And it is STILL the same thing right now.
  7. Manchester United fans thinking Ferguson discovered Ronaldo
  8. Consider themselves as the best team ever in England with some use of Manchester-based newspapers to spread crap when they are not even close of Arsenal!
  9. Proud with 18 cups when it was pretty clear and obvious they won those cups with NO clean sleeves.
  10. Keep saying they are the best in England and the best club in the world. Huh? They never get their name stamped in Guinness World Book of Record at all!!! N.E.V.E.R
  11. Think they’ll win all competitions every season - over confident, arrogant, douche, scumbag.
  12. Losing games & titles at Old Trafford and their fans walked away before the game finished. (Can't em be just as cool as other team supporters who stay still and keep supporting although they know that they are losing?)
  13. Saying they have the best academy, despite the fact they have no decent young English players.
  14. Van Der Sar acting like he gets shot every time he attempts to make a save
  15. They say they have the best support in the world and yet, most of the time, their stadium is quiet. ADMIT IT MANCHESTER UNITED FANS!!!
  16. Most of the united fans have NEVER been to old trafford. MOST.
  17. You will never get a penalty at Old Trafford although sometimes its clear it was Manchester United's fault for bringing down opponent in penalty box. Asshole.
  18. At Old Trafford, when Man Utd is winning, injury time is 1-2 minutes.. if they’re losing.. its bout 3-4 minutes. Fucking unfair.
  19. The FA will bend over backwards to help them, but no one else.
  20. Most females support them because Ronaldo plays for them. … Too bad they don’t know that he was caught with 2 transvestite hookers… Before, it was Beckham. Urghhh!!!
  21. What is so special about Shrek a.k.a Wayne Rooney? When compared to Lampard, Terry, Gerrard, Fabregas, Xabi Alonso, Fernando Torres, etc., who the hell is he?
  22. Alex Ferguson ‘Bum Loves’ all the refs, he is a moaning twat who thinks every decision should go there way!
  23. Fergie, stop chewing you fucking idiot!
  24. They only have a fan base because all their supporters are from Asia (including MALAYSIANS yang bodoh-bodoh), not England.
  25. Football Focus with John Dykes: they were talking about how Manchester United are the most hated team in England itself.
  26. Their academy doesn’t produce any players for quite a loooooong time. LOSER!
  27. Give no credit to the defenders… it’s just Van Der Sar aka without him, Manchester United is nothing. Seriously.
  28. Even Beckham left them =) ...Oh don't get me wrong, I am not a fan of Mr. Victoria Adams. LOL!
  29. Is there anyone with even a little bit of self-respect playing for them?

Pembangunan
**This article was written by me and published in thecicak.com back in 2007. That was more than 2 years ago. It just my honest point of view.

Kenapa orang bina bangunan tinggi? Kalau terjun, mati!

**I stayed at Menara GM in the middle of KL town before.

Sekarang, nak take-over Kampung Baru pula?

Easy As in SPM!
**This article wrote by me somewhere in 2007. Once published in thecicak.com. Take note, this article is not a tip(s) on how to be the best student and this article was written wayyy before the MoE decided to restricted student to take maximum of what? 11-12 subjects?

It has been a week since SPM 2006 results dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia. Walaupun dah hampir 13 tahun usia sijil SPM aku pegang, topik pendidikan takkan pernah basi sebenarnya.

**I sat for my SPM examination in year 1994. It has been 15 years now... I still remember :-)

Seingat aku, zaman aku lah… nak obtain banyak “A” tu memanglah bukanlah perkara yang mustahil.

Teori aku? Graf kelulusan adalah sangat rendah sekarang ni. Macam score 80% jer dah boleh dapat “A”! (Tak kisah lah A1 atau A2, asal A). Masa aku ambil SPM in year 1994 dulu, graf kelulusan untuk dapatkan A1, you gotta minimun 90%, A2 pula 82%. C3 75%, C4 70%, C5 64%, C6 60%, P7 54%, P8 46%, F9 below 45%. Macam tu lah lingkungannya.

Kalau betullah teori aku untuk dapatkan A1 cuma perlu score 80%, hmmm… no wonder lah ramai student yang boleh dapat berbelas-belas “A” in their SPM! But then… bila dah masuk IPTA/IPTS, tengoklah, berapa ramai sangat yang “lepas” dengan flying colours?

Ini menjadikan our educational system here in Malaysia tak ada value langsung. I bet you lah… suruh lah bebudak cina yang score A1 cakap BM, sah masih tunggang terbalik. Suruh bebudak Melayu dari ceruk kampung mana yang score A1 in BI, sah masih gagap! Dalam erti kata, “A” sahaja banyak tapi “A” yang tidak berkualiti….

This is just my 2 cents…

Program Latihan Khidmat Negara (PLKN) vs. National Service negara lain...
A joke. Total joke. At least, in my opinion.

Lagi joke bila budak-budak yang nak di hantar pergi for PLKN ni menangis-nangis. Lebih joke bila mak-bapak bebudak yang nak kena hantar pergi for PLKN ni campur tangan melampau-lampau. Bodoh lah!

I wonder how kalau Malaysia buat PLKN macam yang diwajibkan oleh Singapura? Kat Malaysia baru kena pergi 3 bulan, dah kecoh. Hahahaha...

Peserta PLKN beramai-ramai bergotong-royong. Nanti kalau Malaysia kena rempuh, ajak musuh-musuh bergotong-royong bersama-sama OK? Mesti mereka rasa terharu... Ye lah, guna pendekatan bijak kan? LOL!

I wonder if those parents know National Service (NS) in Singapore mengambil masa 2 tahun?

Mereka dikerah bukan 3 bulan tapi 24 bulan! Apa agaknya bebudak kita mengomel kalau kena suruh NS untuk 2 tahun?

Dah tu, kat Malaysia ni, PLKN@NS boleh pulak main kena random pick-up. Main pilih-pilih.

Do they know that if in Singapore pelatih NS kalau tidak berjaya datang melapor diri untuk NS, they will not be allowed to keluar dari negara mereka?

Do they know kalau kat tempat lain, kalau lari dari NS kena masuk penjara? Kalau aku, rela lagi aku buat NS dari masuk jail. Ingat best masuk jail? Coihhhh! Sisih malaikat simpang 44!

So, in another word, budak-budak Malaysia ni manja-manja. Semua spoilt. Baru kena “kerah” sikit dah nak complaint. And salah siapa? Salah mak bapak, salah goverment jugak sebab tak implement-kan disiplin pada anak-anak mereka!!!

AMERICA'S Next Top Model Cycle 13 - SHORT MODELS!
Some of my friends surprise to know (from me) that ANTM is now running the Cycle 13 because most of them who watches ANTM via our national TV - 8TV only know up to Cycle 8 (or 9?). Even our cable TV - ASTRO is not up-to-date enough as they only aired-up up to Cycle 9 (or 10?). Thank you for what we call as INTERNET and of course YOUTUBE :-)

Nah... I am not trying to tell the whole world that I am up-to-date kindda person. No. I just want to tell how LAME is our national TV and the cable TV are! Grrrr....

Harper's Bazaar Malaysia
I am LATE. I know. But I still wanna put it up in here.

This is the cover of Harper's Bazaar Malaysia for the month of October 2009.

What so special about having Stephanie Chai as a cover girl? Well, I'd say "nothing"! Of course it is not a big deal to having a normal pretty girl as a cover girl in any magazines, right?

So what am I trying to show here? It is the pullout of Harper's Bazaar Malaysia October 2009 - it's MAN pullout!

Why? Because... take a good look...

Yes! It is Khairy Jamaluddin!

The richest unemployed man in Malaysia. The douche bag of UMNO Youth regime. The mastermind of all decisions (hmmm?) when Pak Lah was a Prime Minister of Malaysia. The arrogant dickhead that acted in 15Malaysia's Meter (oh, he is pretty good as an actor tho!).

So what do you think?

For me, Harper's Bazaar tried to hard to turn Khairy Jamaluddin into Metrosexual guy but unfortunately turn out a lil bit too gay-ish with that top and even the pants.

More than two, but it's still khalwat.
Vice raid by 'officers' from residents' association allegedly leaves man with black eye

Monday, October 19th, 2009 07:47:00

IF you think that you can’t be nabbed for khalwat (close proximity) just because you are found together with more than one other member of the opposite sex, think again.

Aqmal (not his real name) and four of his friends found this out the hard way when their durian-eating session at their condominium unit in Block F of Indah Condominium at Prima Damansara came to a halt when several men from the local residents’ association came knocking on their door.

He claimed that the men were not only aggressive and thuggish, but also hurled insults at him and his friends.

To compound his misery, two of the men also punched him three times, leaving him with a black eye.

But the worse part for Aqmal is not about whether he was beaten or not; it was that the men who knocked on his friends’ home did not even identify themselves.

“I had just sat down to watch a DVD while my friends (three female and a male) were preparing food, others were in their rooms and one was on the computer when there were loud knocks and rattling of the grilles,” said Aqmal.

When his female friend opened the door, the shouting men, numbering about eight to 10, barged in and demanded their identification...

Average Citizen vs. PDRM/MACC
This is not originally mine. I copied and paste it here. A voice from an average Malaysians citizen, showing his/her dissatisfaction towards or should I say against PDRM/MACC.

For an average Malaysian, our voices are nothing but a sweet silence to the authorities. Only when things happens to a VVIP, then only some action will be taken with the help of the press. When my car was broken in, made a police report and the police ask me back, what do I want them to do? Really wanted to tell him to sit back and relax, no need to do anything. But then again, I might be killed/beaten in lockup by saying so..

Checklist before making police report:-
  • are you a VVIP / public figure, a real one please?
  • anyone got hurt, hospitalized and near death type? (exclude if assault inflicted by MACC, PDRM, Royalties (relative included) and other governmental bodies)
  • Is your case unique? (snatch thief, car/house broken into, mugged, robed, rapped, vandalism, etc. are considered common)
  • are you a rich foreigner?
  • do you have a police (medium to high ranking type) friends or relative?

If you answer no to all of these questions, please do not waste the police's valuable time by making a report unless made compulsory by other governmental departments, ie, lost MyKad, passport, license etc. *Credit card is bonus as it usually goes with MyKad or license.

Note if you still insist to proceed on reporting your case. Just need to speak to them with reverence and address them tuanku/datuk and yourself as hamba, they will be more helpful. . try it, somehow it works. Plea with them and be a pitiful victim. DO NOT make demands without any press presence / help. If all fails, just say sorry for wasting their valuable time. Hope this helps in making police report in Malaysia.

Welcome and hope you enjoy your time.

Women & Rape - this must END!
RAPE

- Noun
1. The unlawful compelling of a woman through physical force or duress to have sexual intercourse.
2. Any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon a person.
3. Statutory rape.
4. An act of plunder, violent seizure, or abuse; despoliation; violation: the rape of the countryside
5. Archaic. The act of seizing and carrying off by force.

- Verb (used with object)
6. To force to have sexual intercourse
7. To plunder (a place); dispoil.
8. To seize, take, or carry off by force.

- Verb (used without object)
9. To commit rape.

In Bahasa Malaysia - ROGOL

I am basically pretty upset when majority women blame it on men.

Well, true enough the way one's dress up shouldn't be an excuse why women being raped. Ah-ah, NO! Because some very decent-dressed women also became a victim. But me as a woman myself not gonna deny sometimes, some women dressed-up pretty "inviting" - micro-mini skirts, see-through tops, hot-pants, low-cut neckline t-shirts, super-skimpy-micro bikinis and such. Hmmmm... Sexy? Yeah, and you're more sexier after got raped, eh? Your skimpy micro sexy clothes "gone" and you're crying? One word - S.T.U.P.I.D

Some women, especially young ladies are (quite) daring enough; and turned out to be another rape victim. How on earth, you could follow someone that you just met, you barely know to anywhere i.e clubs, cinema, parks, etc eh? How the hell on earth you'd agreed to meet someone that you just had a chat over the internet? Oh God, you are so S.T.U.P.I.D. Seriously! Where did you put your brain during that time? On your feet? Or you are actually BRAINLESS?

Right... some women are STUPID and some men are totally JERK.

And when everything (rape) happened you put on blame 100% to "that" man? Oh please... Well, I am not gonna say anything about any "real" rape cases - it was very unfortunate for those women to be a victim of itchy-penis men. I feel for 'em. But cases like above said, I don't feel sorry at all for those because it was their fault for being STUPID or STUPIDed? LOL!

So... Ladies, it is OK to be STUPID sometimes but I would like to suggest one thing. If you girls could spent hours and hours, let say 4 to 5 hours a day at malls, window-shopping, having such a nice evening with your fellow STUPID girlfriends gossiping about anything and everything... Why don't you reduce it to just 2 to 3 hours of that time and the balance (of that free time), enroll yourselves in to any martial arts classes? OK, if you think martial arts is not suite your girlish image, again, I gonna call you STUPID! Learning martial arts not gonna make you less feminine. Think on the positive sides of learning martial arts beside it'll help you to protect yourselves... You'll have well-toned body, well-shaped body, more energy for whole-weekends shopping spree, right?!

So, which martial arts suites you better? It is for you to google now! Below are few list of martial arts that might match your liking.

Aikido. Capoeira. Judo. Karate. Kendo. Taekwando. Muay Thai. Silat. Kickboxing. Jukendo. Gatka. Jujutsu. Sambo. Savate. (and many more!) But the most popular martial arts among women especially models are Capoeira and Kickboxing. Maybe you could check on it and start protect yourselves LADIES!!!

What's your favourite QUOTE?

I hold onto this quote not because Kurt Cobain is my all-time favorite rock star but really, I rather to be hated for me being me rather than being loved for me to be another pain-in-ass pretender. Some says its pathetic but this is me.

Other (4) favorite quotes are:-

  • "Living is death; dying is life. We are not what we appear to be. On this side of the grave we are exiles, on that citizens; on this side orphans, on that children;" - Beecher, Henry Ward on Death & Dying.
  • "There's no point in being grown up if you can't be childish sometimes." - Dr. Who
  • "Nothing can be so amusingly arrogant as young man who has just discovered an old idea and thinks it is his own." - Sidney J. Harris
  • "There is so much good in the worst of us, and so much bad in the best of us, that it behooves all of us not to talk about the rest of us." - Robert Louis Stevenson
  • “Doesn’t matter whether you call it the Tao, Allah, or God, God is One. Be open to this Higher Power, and each one of us can be a channel.” - Yasmin Ahmad (a day before she died)
  • "We are born to die; so why bother living? Because we have tasks to be done before we die" - Myself :-)

Sex Education

Sometimes I wonder how are we going to educate the younger generation about sex? Science studies? Biology studies? Some brains are not belong to complicated studies of such. Some parents are not open on sex matters although it is for education purposes. Some parents don't even know how to tell their kids how a man and a woman can make a baby (or babies), where the baby come (out) from and such. Sad, eh?

When I was a kid (around 11 years old), one of my classmate run crying hysterically. She said she gonna die because she's bleeding. The teacher come to her "rescue" and she was actually OK. She just had her first period! So the teacher came back to the class, telling us what just happened but she didn't tell us what "period" actually is. So I went back home and asked my mom lots of question regarding menstrual. I am pretty lucky that my mom not hesitate to tell me in details about menstrual. By the way, I got my period when I was 13 and well-prepared.

Lack of sex education leads to many social problems. Sex education is very important in a way to teaches boys and girls on how and why in need to keep a distance between two sexes. Religious value. Morale value. Culture value. Social value. Don't scares them but educate them in rational ways. We should realize by now, the more "NO" and "DON'T" it'll turn another way around in action by our youngsters. Out of curiosity, they'll make it OK for something they are not suppose to do. At the end of the day, when the girls got pregnant, the boys don't know what to do... and the social ill goes on. Curiosity kills.

So what do you think of SEX EDUCATION? When is the right time to teach our kids about sex? Primary school? High school? Higher Learning Institutional?

(me & my family - my dad, my mom and the one and only sibling, my elder brother)

Kalau rasa nak kena libasan parang, silalah buat! Tapi kita tak segan nak story benda-benda ni semua dengan kawan-kawan especially yang sekepala… kan?
  • Berapa ramai pula antara kita yang tergamak cerita pasal kita pi clubbing (bukan semua pi clubbing), kita pi pasal minum arak sampai mabuk (bukan semua minum arak dan mabuk-mabuk), pasal ambil drugs (bukan semua kaki dadah), pasal berzina (bukan semua berzina), pasal main judi main ekor (bukan semua main judi, main ekor) dengan mak bapak masing-masing kalau nak dibandingkan bermegah-megah cerita pasal tu semua dengan kawan-kawan… kan?

(me & my friends)

Depression : Don't Take It Easy! Talk about it!
I wasn't even sure what happened to me 2 weeks ago. Seriously. Right after came back from hometown to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri with my family, I became really uncertain. Moody for no reason(s) at all. I cried but I don't know why? I laughed but no one crack any jokes. I scared when nothing to be scare off. I heard voices all over me and my brain. I am totally depress by all these.

2 days under observation at psychotic ward - without doing anything just watching TV, read some magazines and few sessions with psychiatric - the same thing (as above said) happened to me, again and again. My psychiatric told me that I am suffered from schizophrenia, one of chronic mental illness but under control and can be cure; and also anxiety disorder. GOD! Btw, after few test and also being probed with lots of questions, the psychiatric told me that I have all the major depression symptom, 8 out of 10! Geez...

Doctor prescribed me with 14 tablets of anti-depressant pills called prozac and also 7 tablets of valium for my anxiety disorder. I don't take it right away. I went back home and browse the net - looking for the short/long term effect of both medications given to me. Heck! No way I gonna take those medications when it is clearly stated those medication will increase suicidal thoughts and behavior; and other scary psychiatric and paradoxical reactions such as stimulation, restlessness, acute hyperexcited states, agitation, aggressiveness, hallucinations, psychoses, delusions, nightmares, etc.

Why on earth I should take those medication when it will increase the fatal feelings and behavior that I already had? I just don't get it! I want to be OK, not to make it worst. So I decided to say NO to both prozac and valium. I don't wanna be another junkie!

So, due to that, I tried to find my way out without depending on those scary drugs. I make myself busy by calling up friends, meet them up for lunch or dinner, watching movies that make me laugh and happy, indulge myself with good foods and be in a crowd; and try not to think about all this mental illness shitz. It does work but not an easy task for me to do so because I have to make war with my own self. I have to fight my sometimes unstable mind. But I gotta do what I gotta do. I gotta to be strong since I don't want to be labeled as insane, nuts, crazy and such. Hahahaha! ...and I still struggle and fighting...

Now, I pray to Allah to give me all the strength to fight all this nonsense within myself. No one can help me except myself. I am really grateful that I still have strong faith in my belief and God. And of course supportive parents, brother and friends.

_________________________________________

Depression is probably the most common psychological disorder and the one that receives the most attention. Lately, we hear about millions of Americans being treated with Prozac and a multitude of other antidepressants. Everybody seems to know someone who is depressed whether a family member, a close friend or a co-worker.Depression makes a person feel sad, hopeless, worthless, pessimistic and guilty. Often the sufferer has difficulty concentrating and making decisions, has a loss of appetite and weight or a weight gain, has difficulty sleeping, has a lack of energy and sometimes physical symptoms such as slow movement and speech. Depression must be taken seriously because of the high rate of suicide associated with it.Many people are not aware of the many types of depression besides what is termed unipolar depression where the sufferer feels melancholic and never feels any highs. A brief description of manic depression (bipolar disorder), major depression, atypical depression, psychotic depression and dysthymia are discussed below.

Major Depression: Major depression is probably one of the most common forms of depression. You probably know a handful of people who suffer from it. The sufferer seems to walk around with the weight of the world on his or her shoulders. He or she seems disinterested in becoming involved in regular activities and seems convinced that he or she will always be in this hopeless state. There is a lack of interest in sexual activity and in appetite and a weight loss.

Atypical Depression: Atypical depression is a variation of depression that is slightly different from major depression. The sufferer is sometimes able to experience happiness and moments of elation. Symptoms of atypical depression include fatigue, oversleeping, overeating and weight gain. People who suffer from atypical depression believe that outside events control their mood (i.e. success, attention and praise). Episodes of atypical depression can last for months or a sufferer may live with it forever.

Psychotic Depression: Sufferers of psychotic depression begin to hear and see imaginary things - sounds, voices and visuals that do not exist. These are referred to as hallucinations, which are generally more common with someone suffering from schizophrenia. The hallucinations are not "positive" like they are with a manic depressive. The sufferer of psychotic depression imagines frightening and negative sounds and images.

Dysthymia: Many people just walk around seeming depressed - simply sad, blue or melancholic. They have been this way all of their lives. This is dysthymia - a condition that people are not even aware of but just live with daily. They go through life feeling unimportant, dissatisfied, frightened and simply don't enjoy their lives. Medication is beneficial for this type of depression.

Manic Depression: Manic depression can be defined as an emotional disorder characterized by changing mood shifts from depression to mania which can sometimes be quite rapid. People who suffer from manic depression have an extremely high rate of suicide.

Kurt Cobain
He is my biggest influence in music. He & Nirvana "successfully" pull me off from New Kids On The Block bubblegum pop music scene; to Grunge in 1991. A "transition" that I never regret until he died. His death in 1994 is like "No fucking way! I don't believe it!". I cried and listened to his (Nirvana) songs again and over again like no one's business. It was one of heart-breaking news that ever been told. His music is still alive in me, till I die...

KURT COBAIN
20th FEBRUARY 1967 - 5th APRIL 1994

(Kurt Cobain - my biggest influence in music)

He is best known as the lead singer, guitarist and songwriter of grunge band - Nirvana, alongside bassistKrist Novoselic and drummers Dave Grohl.

(Nirvana)

With the lead single "Smells Like Teen Spirit" from the band's second album Nevermind (1991), Nirvana entered into the mainstream arena. Grunge, in general became a dominant genre on radio and music television in the United States during the early-to-mid 90s.

Nirvana's brief run ended with Cobain's death but the band's popularity continued in the years that followed.

The circumstances of his death have become a topic of fascination and debate. Since their debut, Nirvana, with Cobain as a songwriter, sold over twenty-five million albums in the US alone, and over fifty million worldwide.

"You Know You're Right", an unfinished demo from the band's final recording session, topped radio playlists around the world.

For more on Nirvana, click HERE.

(If not because of his music, I might be a fan of bubblegum-pop fan)

Cobain was a vocal supporter of the pro-choice movement, and had been involved in Rock for Choice campaign. The liner notes from album Incesticide declared "if any of you in any way hate homosexuals, people of different color, or women, please do this one favor for us - leave us the fuck alone! Don't come to our shows and don't buy our records". There is an article from his posthumously released Journals declares that social liberation could be made possible only through the eradication of sexism.

(Gloomy eyes - untold pain and sorrow of Kurt Cobain)

Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love from the band Hole was introduced at an L7 and Butthole Surfers concert in Los Angeles in May 1991. In the weeks that followed, after learning from Dave Grohl that she and Cobain shared mutual interests, Love began pursuing Cobain. In the fall of 1991 the two were often together, and bonded through drug use. Around the time of Nirvana's 1992 performance on SNL, Love discovered that she was pregnant with Cobain's child. A few days after the conclusion of Nirvana's Pacific Rim tour, on Monday 24th February 1992, Cobain and Love married on Waikiki Beach in Hawaii.

(Kurt Cobain & Courtney Love with their daughter, Frances Bean)

The young parents blessed with beautiful daughter - Frances Bean Cobain on 18th August 1992, born at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center in L.A, California at 7:48 a.m., weighing 3.2kg. Frances is named after Frances McKee, a musician. The middle name Bean was chosen because Kurt thought she looked like a kidney bean on the ultrasound. Her godfather is R.E.M frontman Michael Stipe and Drew Barrymore is her godmother.

(Francis Bean Cobain, 2007)

During the last years of his life, Cobain struggled with drug addiction as well as the professional and personal pressures surrounding himself and his wife.

On 8th April 1994, Cobain's body was discovered at his Lake Washington home by an electrician who had arrived to install a security system. Apart from a minor amount of blood coming out of Cobain's ear, the electrician reported seeing no visible signs of trauma and initially believed that Cobain was asleep until he saw the shotgun pointing at his chin.

(Kurt Cobain lying dead on the floor at suicide scene)

A suicide note was found that said, in part, "I haven't felt the excitement of listening to as well as creating music, along with really writing . . . for too many years now". A high concentration of heroin and traces of Valium were also found in his body. Cobain's body had been lying there for days; the coroner's report estimated Cobain to have died on 5th April 1994.

Anorexia Nervosa KILLS !!!
Blame the media to describe one's mind that being stick-insect thin is beautiful. Blame the media to manipulate guys' brain that plywood thin is gorgeous.

I write this in memory of Sharsya Dato' Burhanuddin.

She was born in 1983 and died in 2003. It's all because she wanted to be beautiful like what most medias portrays. It's all because she wanted to be gorgeous as her boyfriend been "corrupted" and left her for skinny woman.

Sharsya never a fat person when she was in her early teen. But not sure what went wrong that made her ballooning from 5'5" tall, 52kg (this when she was 16th years old) woman to 5'8", 136kg (this was 9 months before she died). She ate like another normal people. She didn't go for pizza or fast foods like everyday.

She suffered a lot. Not only because her bastard boyfriend left her for smoking-hot chick but also stress that she had to face due to her weight every time she went to college. People are nasty and they calling her name with nasty words i.e elephant, giant, fatso, etc. At the end of the day, she just stay at home and watching tv and read lots of magazine - medias that keep portraying 36-24-36 kindda woman are man's dream while fat, huge or anything beyond size 2, they should just go hang themselves to death. Sharsya was size 24 just 6 month before she died. But, although she's fat, I would say Sharsya is really pretty. She also very adorable person.

Sharsya died due to anorexic nervosa. 6 months before she died, she is mentally prepared to force herself practicing a very deadly diet, not a crash diet but deadly. She only ate 2 piece of cream crackers a day. 1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch. No dinner. And she only consume half glass of milk for breakfast and the rest, just a plain water. She was depress and manic, too, like no one's business. She did that till the day she say goodbye to all.

Her parents did sent her for psychotic treatment for anorexics. She went for group support. She took medication. I knew she want to get over all this ridiculous mental-torture sickness but she is very helpless. Her mind is not strong enough. From 136kg, she was only 39kg when announced dead by medical center. She is not like Sharsya that I've known when I went to her funeral. She is unknown "creature". Just skins and bones. She suffered, I know that...

When she was somewhere around 60kgs when I met her and tell her to stop. all this nonsense. She said she already tried but she can't. She told me that she don't have to eat because every time she look at food(s), she'll be full. And if she force herself to eat although just one piece of small pie, she will see herself gain another 100kg! And if she was being force to eat, she will... emmm... threw it all by chock her throat with her finger or anything i.e pen, ice cream stick, etc.

(editorial picture only)

So, thank you to medias and guys who go for a person for her looks rather than her attitude. Thank you too to medias and guys who think fat person like Sharsya, myself and many other out there are not worth living in this world...

Sharsya, may you rest in peace. Amin.

Thinking of Giving Up? DON'T !!!
Think you've got it bad?

Need some encouragement?

Fallen DOWN?
Can't seem to find the STRENGTH to get back UP?

We are put in situations to build our character.

Not to destroy us.

If you fail, are YOU going to try again?

The human spirit can handle much more than we realize.

It matters HOW you are going to FINISH.

Are YOU going to finish STRONG?

The challenges in our lives are there to STRENGTHEN our CONVICTIONS.

There are NOT there to run us over.

I never met a Bitter person who was Thankful or a Thankful person who was Bitter.

In life, YOU have a choice:
Bitter or BETTER?

Choose BETTER, forget bitter.

Malaysia vs. Indonesia / Malingsia vs. Indonesial

Adakah mereka bodoh?
Lantak lah!

Indonesia, Malaysia... berdamailah!!!

FILEM MALAYSIA - apa dah jadi?

Bukan setakat filem Korea.

Filem Kita Budaya Kita? Oh please...

APAKAH ADAKAH?
